Alchemy Spreedsheet and Guild Bank Managment

Ok so I run our guild bank and have set it up like this.
(Only Raiders have access to the guild bank)

We have set up our bank to provide our raiders with Potions, Food, and Elixirs. They may withdraw on raid nights and it is monitored so no one takes 3 20 stacks, ext. We have 2 people run it, in doing this they keep it in order and sell any crap guild members decide to deposit. With the gold from Patterns and items we decide are not needed and should be selled we keep it fully stocked with Elixirs, Oil and Potions. Only about once a month does it need to be restocked.


Teir 1 (withdraw 5)
Misc - anything people want to share with others

Teir 2 (withdraw 4 max size of each is 5)
Mana and health Potions, Food and Misc Potions

Teir 3 (withdraw 3 max size of each is 5)
Elixir's, Enchanting Oil's, flask

Teir 4 (officers only)
Materials for Resist Gear, Enchanting Mats, Epic gems, Recipes, Misc

We have not increased the tabs yet.

To restock the bank i have made this Spreedsheet. And decided to post it if anyone else would like to use it.

Spreadsheet Details

5 Area's to input data:
- Current AH Potion prices
- Current Material AH prices
- Amount of specific potion/elixir/oil to be made
- Stock Material's in Bank or on you.

I also set up a small mastery proc chart but it isnt done, you can also change the percent to what you like.

It may be hard to understand until you look it over a few time due to I made it and made it knowing how it would be used. if you have questions feel free to ask.
