-- Check IP Address checkmark
-- Now, for people to connect to your server give them YOUR IP address from whatismyip. For you to connect, put what it says in 'IP Address' as IP address for server, the port is 3784, and the password is whatever you set it to be.
-- Run Ventrilo Server (start > all programs > ventsrv > ventrilo server)

-> To connect to admin, press on the computer > server admin / channel admin > login > login with password you added in the INI file!

** KEEP THE VENTRILO SERVER RUNNING UNLESS YOU WANT TO DISCONNECT SERVER **

prepared to get H@x0r'd!!! lol jk. Good guide, I seen it around before though. Look everyone it's not useless. I don't talk to my guild even though I have a mic, if I set up a server it would be for me and my RL friends to talk while playing. Or to talk long distances, stupid phones take that!
