I think your lucky if you havent gotten the ban hammer for this exploit yet. If the enemy team says they cant find you and you ahvent been banned, then your very lucky because they have probably gotten a lazy GM. If the GM cared one bit about his job he could actually view the inside of the arena and your location, which any raider would know they can do this. Id just assume they would dot he same for these kinds of tickets to find out if that character should infact be punished for hiding or not. But i have ahd many time a GM actually view a raid when my guild reported possible bugs during the encounter. would make sense if they did this in arena also right? but i guess they have other game wardens that check files as well.

No. People do not find you, thus they do not report you. They can not find your arena team name, nor can they see your name. They might think it's some kind of bug and leave, perhaps report it as a bug. The GM will tell the individual that they know about this "bug" that doesn't exist and then move on with their life.

People might report to a GM that they were in an arena game with no opponent. If a GM gets several of these messages they will look into it and you probably get banned. :wave:

Umm would like proof from people that are either saying they've done it or are going to try it.

This is totally illegal and bannable and just plain stupid. You're in a tiny arena and they have those gems that are used to see invis, if they can't find you after about 10 minutes, they will deffinately open a GM Ticket and sit in the arena UNTIL a GM answers them. Especially if it's a team that's about 1600 and cares about their rating.

They'll wait for the GM and tell them there's no one in the arena, or that the person inside is glitched, or that they themselves are glitched. GM will say there is indeed someone inside, see that you broke the arena by hacking up the walls and first .kill you to end the arena to give the other team a win, and then slap you with a ban.

or instead of hacking you can try this, gear out with welfare season 1, or buy arena points. and actually play an arena match, because people who care about their rating would never leave a match. they'll sit there for hours till a gm decides to answer them, or you yourself come out.

Ummm no one on retail servers care about their raiting. Anymore the only way to to be elite in arena is on the tournament servers. If your rocking a 2k+ arena team on a non tournament server no one cares, thanks to win trading. If your serious about arena then you would already know this and be in the tournament. So thats why hacking arena on retail non tournament servers is fun, because it doesn't matter anymore.

OK just in case anyone is confused... the OP hasnt done this. the BS about "they dont see your name when they leave" is kinda a clue.

Also, ppl take their arenas seriously and they take getting exploited out of point and having to waste 20 min running around an empty arena REALLY FREAKING SERIOUSLY. GMs come to arenas all the time to get ppl unstuck from glitched fears, and tickets are answered in a few minutes prime-time. you will get banned in absolute record time.

What about if the 2 invisibility detection things have been picked up? Will they re-appear, if not you could just jump down and actively hide, when they're gone? That way when a GM does check it out you can pretend to just be stupid retard who's friend didn't join and you didn't wanna lose the game
