Bug Boosting

Hello there, I have heard of that kinda boosting called "bug boosting" where you get full xp from each mob.
But could anyone of you record yourself do it and write abit down about how you actually do it? I would really apreciate that.

I think, it is that you let the character that is being boosted tag a mob (damage him) and then you let the level 70 kill it with ease, the mob you're tagging have to be green or higher to give the boosted character full XP for the mob.

So all in all:

Tag the mob
Let the level 70 kill it
Get full xp from the mob
???
Profit!
