I always do this in AV since the AFKers came to mess the bgs up. I always make it my mission to kill the dam AFKers first before ill focus on the battleground itself. I hate AFKers and bots.

1. Go to start point (Alliance or Horde) Alliane in my case.
2. Most AFKers (for alliance as i know) are standing outside the entrance.
3. Wich means a ranged can range it to death without getting agro of the elites. They dont hit hard either, i can kill em with evasion on and then vanish :P
4. With my detect humanoids (on my sexy belf huntress) i can see ppl in the hills around the start point, walking against it like a chicken without a head.
5. Just kill em, loot em and gank them at the GY.
