1-70 In 2 Days If you try. (Not a joke)

Most people know who Athene is, and how he has the record from 1-70 in 1 day and a few hours.
Most people dont know how he does it, He simple has this :
Scarab Brooch
Its a trinket that upon use, your heals will grant the target a shield that absorbs 15% of healing done for 30 seconds, the shield lasts 8 seconds or untill used.
Athene is in full T6, so his holy lights prob hit around 10k, 15% of 10k is 1.5k shield, so what he does is aggros the whole instance, runs to the entrance, heals his party member with the trinket activated, lays a concencrate and runs outside the instance, this way the person will always live and get full xp for the mobs.
Also for arena , this would be very helpful as any healing class.

Drops from AQ level 60 btw.

This method no longer works, the concencrate disappears when the paladin leaves the instance, so he has a mage in the instance with the lowbie who drops group once the paladin has pulled everything, then the mage AOEs it down for full exp for the lowbie
