anyway void crystals sell for 26g each on my server, and large prismatic shards sell for 34g each.

in patch 2.4 a new recipe is out thats easy to get with rep

Formula: Void Shatter - Items - World of Warcraft

it allows you to turn 1 void crystal into 2 large prismatic shards, so if you stock up on these before 2.4 you will make a lot of money, expect the price for void crystals to double

I don't think that the price of void crystals will go up. I'm pretty sure that the price of Large Prismatic Shards will decrease in value because there will be a big surge in them. Also there is a 23hr CD on turning a void crystal into a Prismatic Shard so it wont be as big of a profit as you think.

considering every median guild has the bank full of void crystals, i believe there will be a LOT of large prismatic on the market, and the flood will make the prices go way down.. for safety i sold all my large prism now, at about 30g each

lol i have like 140 void crystals all bought for around 20g (~ the time 2.4 changes were announced) and now they are 15g :|

as what business predict is, the price of Large Prismatic Shard would go down... Mean that the price of Small Prismatic Shard goes down as well.
Why?.... Because the Void Crystal and Shard we get from Disenchant, and the amount of item drop which is able to be disenchanted, and disenchant rate will not be changed.... The supply of shard and void crystal for market still remain the same, would not affect the price.

And the price of Large Prismatic Shard would change because of ppl turn Void Crystal into them and then, more supply for the same demand :P
