First of all defragment your pc:
Start>all pROGRAMS>Accesories>System Tools>Disk defragmenter

Now run the defragment and wait until its done it may take some time.
Now when your done download Spybot and AdAwar two free apps that are going to be better than any other app while working thogether:

Now run scans of all 3apps one at a time and remove all your threads Now reboot pc and enjoy 0ms and 100fps!!!

it kinda matters what kind of computer you have to, no way everyone can get 100 fps just by doing this. I don't even think u got 0 ms if ur on the same network as the servers, best thing u can do to lower ur ping is downloading fasterping.

I had 0 ms in AV... but it was only temporary... had if for about 1 min and then it jumped back to 50
and 100 fps?.... hmmm don't know if that is possible to do just doing that >_>

Dosnt matter if you got 500fps when the human eye only can see around 100 fps. And another thing, unless your screen will only show as many frames as the refresh rate, so if you got your refesh rate set to 85, your fps is capped at 85.

You get 0 MS when you just login, although it fades away after 10 or so seconds.

When you just login you will have that... and + when norton starts to update duration will be that long ( screen freezes so cant see it changing ^_^ )
