I have a suggestion for you guys to make delivering your gold more safe,possibly 99% impossible to detect, don't know if you do this- but if you guys make a guild for your farmers and have them add the EXACT amount in a guild bank- invite the player have him get the gold and then kick him,Say I order 15k gold- Your farmers put no more or less then that 15kg, one of them invites me, i get the gold, and then you guys gkick, just a suggestion =)

I really perfer the guild bank way aswell. I thought it was fantastic the first time i saw it.

Usually i ask that the gold companies contact me on the phone and to please never try and send me a PM in-game.

Offering phone service for the transaction and guild bank withdraw would be great.

I already know I'm coming back here...I contacted live help, because I am on a brand new server, that isn't open for xfers yet, making it kinda hard to get some gold from a seller, but anyway, not only did he speak english (my god how I was relieved) but he even explained to me that it's true, 99% of companies will not have gold for my server until xfer's are opened as that's how 99% of the gold get's around...

xerotsuda, we are actually looking at ways to send text messages to customers when gold is sent, automatically of course. As far as pricing goes, we always trying to be very competitive on price, so be sure to give us feedback if you think its too high as we will likely lower it to match.

Verifying that you were the purchase you made using your paypal account was made from the location of your confirmed address is pretty standard. It's a one time verification, if that somehow is insulting to you then not sure what to tell you as i'm sure you know....fraud is rampant in virtual currency sales.

You could not take a photo of a bill that came to your house? You can blank out anything but the name and address if that worries you but it really is that simple...

has yet to arrive. help is very good and they said they're time frame is 24-48h. so ill keep you guys posted!

I ordered from them 3-4 days ago and still haven't received my gold yet. I was going to contact them about it until I read the post in which someone was told that the Chinese New Year was delaying the farming. I guess I will just have to wait.
