    Powerleveling from USFine

    ***Not an Exploit***

Just a QQ. Purchased 1-60 powerleveling for a new priest I had from USFine, the powerleveling/goldbuying service advertised at the top of all the MMOwned pages.

About 3 days after they started, they only got to 29 (lol) Could've done that myself. Anyways -- Got suspended, and here's the content of the e-mails I got.

    First from USFine to me:

"we are pling for you and sorry to tell you that you are level 30and are freezed up Could you plz. re-send the email which came from Blizzard to us ?
And please try your best to contact the Blizzard to restore your account ,find some viable reasons but don't to say you are on the business.
Then contact us as soon as you can"

    Blizz to me:

    * * * NOTICE OF FINAL WARNING * * *

This is a notification regarding the World of Warcraft account *****. Access to this account has been temporarily disabled for exploitation of the World of Warcraft economy or for being associated to accounts which have been closed for intended exploitation. Based on a review of the information presented, this World of Warcraft account has been given a final warning and a 72 hour account suspension, in addition to any previous warnings issued. Until the suspension has been lifted, the account will not be accessible. Please note that Blizzard Entertainment will be unable to provide further information regarding the specific time an account will become accessible again.

This action has been taken in accordance with the Terms of Use (WoW -> Legal -> Terms of Use) and our game policies (Blizzard Technical Support). According to the World of Warcraft Terms of Use, to which all players agree when installing World of Warcraft, Section 5, Paragraph C [Rules Related to Game Play] states that you may not do anything that Blizzard Entertainment considers contrary to the "essence" of World of Warcraft. Be aware that any additional inappropriate actions may result in the permanent closure of the account.

    Me to Blizz:

    Greetings Hacilus,

Besides getting this e-mail a day late, after i had already contacted
Billing to find out what was up with my 'Temporarily Suspended' account, I
am still confused as to what i got this suspension and final warning for? I
don't know if it was a mistake or what. I logged into my account around
4:30pm CT time, and didn't do anything because the servers were so laggy
after the maintenance. But 3 hours later when i tried to log in i had the
    suspension.

I read through the entire Terms of Use again, and re-read Section 5,
Paragraph C to get an idea for what happened, but nothing there is anything
that I did wrong. I don't even have any kills on those characters or
conflicts with horde that I could have griefed. When I talked to Billing
they said I could dispute the action, so I guess that's what I'm doing.

I have 6 months of payment on that account that I just added on there
recently, I'm pretty dissapointed in getting this e-mail. I want this
action to be reversed, unfreezing my account and taking this mark off it's
record. I didn't do anything to violate the Terms of Use.

    Thank you for understanding

    Reply from Blizz:

    Greetings,

Thank you for your follow up e-mail regarding the account action on *****. This account has been issued a 72 hour suspension as a result of access from a part of the world that is significantly different from the region the account has been registered to. Our review of the account indicates that the World of Warcraft account you were using was accessed by a third party (for example, a sibling, friend and/or leveling service) for the purpose of advancing characters on the account in any way (for example, gaining levels, honor, and/or wealth).

The rest is generic, but basically Blizzard must scan where every user's playing and where the accounts have been made. So if you're considering power leveling, 1. Don't get it from USFine 2. Make sure they have gamers who play in the U.S.

I will now commence trying to get my money back from USFine, peace.

    correct(ish) section would be:
WoW Gold Seller Reviews - MMOwned - World of Warcraft Exploits, Hacks, Bots and Guides

but that sucks dude, that's why i'm afraid to pay for any kind of power leveling lol

In fact, what really sucks is that 80% of powerlevel sites are jerks. They use your account for gold trading with other, and other stuff, not just leveling it. (I still wonder why all of them are going Shadow lab and Slave pens when grinding for gold btw, guess that's exploit to they use, not sure)

I know it since I once found my toon who been powerL standing in SW (On level 10) and spamming "Hi friend, welcome to #######" Needless to say I was pissed.

This is why I only use US based companies to have power leveling done. They may use a chinese shop to do the actual leveling but it makes dealing with the problems and any hassles much easier to deal with. I would much rather be able to talk to the CS reps and only have them use canned responses.
