Offgamers and instant delivery

Today I wanted to purchase Cataclysm key from offgamers.I paid with credit card but after 1 hour of waiting it was still not deivered.
I contacted the customer service and they told me that I must wait 16+ hours to get it completed because my order needs to be reviewed by another department. And other excuses like it's 10 p.m there and they are not working right now and it's for my security. After my card is charged lol.

If I'd known this I'd have bought the key somewhere else. This service is nowhere instant, my money got withdrawn instantly but I didnt get what I paid for. Seriously wtf is this?


edit: Then I wanted to roll the order back but they refused it claiming it's completed. xD very well done.

Was it your first purchase there ? If yes you need to wait that long probably becasue of verification, I understand it becasue so many people trying to scam this days by chargeback/stolen cards, thats why I never use Paypal again for selling. Ive all keys instant from them.

Nope it was my 5th purchase. so far I been using paypal checkout, it's the first time I tried credit card purchase.

That's why you got this delay, they even write "Verification Required" on each payement where you need verifcation.
