Well, I have to admit i was a little nervous when i first ordered the service. But they pulled through and are doing a great job.

Day 1: Some issues with them not starting

Day 2: They still had some issues and i was becoming doubtful.

Day 3: Druid is 46 and counting!!

Day 4: 59

Day 5: 65 :O These guys are really amazingly fast, and I'm even getting a free gathering profession to max.

Day 6: We'll see!!!

Day 7: 74

Day 8: 77

Day 9: 80 FINISHED - These guys finished my order before the estimated time, and everything is perfect.

I'm very pleased with the support and customer service experience. I highly recommend these guys.

Just ordered 55-70 estimate is 3 days will comment as it progresses.
Day 1: Had a problem were my account was being locked for no reason before they logged in
Day 2: had the same problem untill about half way through the day but they managed to get on (started lvl 55)
Day 3: Woke up and checked was stunned as my character was lvl 64 already and this was only the start of the day
Day 4:Woke up and had an email saying they were done
Character had 800g normal flying mount and had done alot of quests
Overall they did it in about 2 days or so very happy will buy again and would recommend

Just ordered leveling from them about 8 hours ago. Figured I would tell my experiences.

I ordered 36-58 Warrior. The estimate was 2.2 days. This warrior had barely any gear since it was RaF instanced boosted to 36.

Day 1, 5 PM: Account was locked but me and a live support guy got it fixed in like 15 minutes. He said the powerleveler would start in a few hours and i headed to work.
Day 1, 1 AM: Bout to head to bed for the night and the leveler is at 41.
Day 2, 10 AM: Had some issues on my end which resulted in my account getting locked again. The powerleveler is sleeping currently hopefully he wakes up soon, level 43.
Day 2, 3:15 PM: Its been over 12 hours since the leveler was last on. Hopefully nothing is going wrong =S
Day 2, 5:30 PM: Finally got ahold of a live chat rep and he informed me he had the wrong password. Everything is cleared up and leveling should resume. He assured me everything will still be on time so we will see.
Day 2, 11 PM: Character is level 47, it looks like he is doing a good mix of quests and dungeons as DPS. Heading to bed, will update tomorrow.
Day 3, 3:30 PM: Just got home and the character is level 53, the leveler is sleeping currently and ive been informed that the character should be done by maintenance tonight.
Day 3, 12:30 AM: Just got an email stating my order was complete.

After a bunch of delays from my account being locked (all cause from MY end, nothing they caused) they still were able to complete my order when they said they would. I am insanely impressed. Their customer service people don't speak english perfectly but seem to honestly care and help. I will be using this service again and referring any friends who need such a service to them for sure. A++.

They also got me the pre-cata Feat of Strength! I had no idea until I misclicked my achievements tab and saw it xD

Had asked for a little level to test them on my account (And because I couldn't be arsed to level 10-15) Was finished in around an hour ( Quite a while but considering there aren't as many quests as there are in other continents like northrend :P) 10/10, will be buying my 80-85 from them
