I'm going to write a review for my own experience:

I bought a powerleveling package from level 59 - level 85 for a Rogue. The total cost was ~$85 but I got it reduced down to $75. And this was going to take 5 days.

Day 1 - They leveled it to level 64 in 1 day, wow it's good so far.
Day 2 - Level 68 good so far.
Day 3 - Level 76, I get on my account to find the last character used was my level 10 warrior, hmm this looks suspicious. And he's standing near a mailbox.. Hmmm?
Day 4 - Level 83 I get an email from TopPowerlevel saying my account was locked because of an IP change. I check my email and it says I was banned for Economy Exploitation(gold selling)
I was offered a $20 refund since they almost completed their task. I knew something was odd about my warrior. Looks like they used my account to traffic gold while they were leveling my character up.
