I'm curious about these guys myself so I went to the site and signed up for their Death Knight leveling package. The site is OK but obviously still a work in progress for the shopping cart stuff.

I submitted it about one hour and some change ago. No reply yet and I submitted a question as to how they get the account information so that they can log onto the account.

If these guys are legit I know at least three people who will be all over them for leveling.

Follow up to yesterday.

OK, I placed the order but there were issues. In looking at it I'm suspecting technical issues with the ordering cart are what happened. The shopping cart looks nice and lists everything well, it directed me to paypal, and sent me back to the site but never got the stage where it got my account information or put me in touch with someone.

I can think of two possible reasons for this. The lesser likely - did all this on a Mac using Camino as the web browser. Camino is basically Mac Firefox with some tweaks and is very rarely an issue but every rare now and then it happens. More likely - when I was placing the order I noticed some placeholders for various zencart elements. These were gone later when I went back to just look at the site. Perhaps I placed my order when something was being updated and that fubared it? No way for me to know.

Anyway, as a result things got confusing. The site could use a bit more explanation of process to streamline it but they're revamping it now so that's probably planned and in progress.

So, the up side is that so far they've been really good at communication and I got emails and follow up. I had already crashed at this point (I work early hours) but I replied this AM. They didn't pick up the paypal money so definitely not looking to rip off. It was still unclaimed this morning so they could have just grabbed it. I got them my messenger contact and hopefully we can chat today and set something up. I probably would have been better for now just using the old system instead of jumping into the new cart though it looks nice. Heck, maybe I just got unlucky ordering while they were updating it.

hmm... OK, went back and placed a new order through the regular up front form. It didn't give me a total or direct me to paypal but I suppose they'll contact me for that. I'm actually adding on because I have a friend peering over my shoulder who wants to find out about leveling for him and his girlfriend, lol.

Anyway,

In looking at paypal from yesterday and suspect I contributed to the confusion. I may have caused zencart to become confused. I somehow hit to pay from my bank account instead of credit card so it put a hold on it. No error or message about it though, just a redirect to the cart.

So, probably human error on my part though I'm in the habit of selecting the credit card option, so odd.

I have not gotten in touch with them, but the warlock is 75, now.

Which is kinda slow but he has leveled some on my enchanting.

Well they said it would be done by monday or so.

Theyre friendly and proffessional though. Would wish that I could contact them ofter though.

Edit- So I just spoke to my pl. He said he would be done by sunday, monday latest.

Also that since I already had 5k gold on it I would get the mount and all the proffesion + 2k gold, because of the troubles in the beginning. Also he said that he would probably get more gold then the 2k+ so that is sweet indeed

My toon is still lvl 75, and I ordered this about 5 days ago.

Not fast at all.

I wake up today and I get a strange message from the owner and I quote:

"there's no way imma be able to level, i'm wayyy too busy atm, im so sorry, ill hit 77 and refund u half of what u gave me
*hey u there?
*nevermind what i said, i can finish"

This is after a week when I ordered my toon to be leveled from 74-80.
