I regret to inform you that about 80-95% of a Warrior's viability in PvP (arena is PvP now, sadly) is based on Mortal Strike. Therefore, Fury isn't viable.

I'm not going to say your spec is bad. It really isn't. I'd just personally never have a Fury Warrior on an Arena team. It's basically the exact same class function except gimped. It's not like the difference between, say, a Holy Paladin and a Ret Paladin, which are essentially different classes. It's mainly the difference between a Warrior that does damage WITH a healing debuff, or a Warrior that does damage without a healing debuff, and healing debuffs are very important in PvP.
