Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft - This is basic, quick leveling as elemental, quick regen for mana and hp and you won't have to move as much.

Elemental Devastation gives melee crit chance, C'mon you are elemental you dont attack with melee.Also Elemental Shields is some how pvp because it reduce the chance of the enemy to crit you unlike Elemental Precision that will help alot in the istances because Shocks cause alot of threat.
