2 frost mage specs (POM)

Deep frost is insane for arena you want to be frost in 2v2 bracket

Well the only 2 good arena speccs you can have for arena is 17/0/44 but if you are skilled and can time those CS you can also go 0/6/55 and have molten armor and pwn the rogues. Don't listen bludy on the FULL frost part, 0/0/61 is good but not the greatest it is more a pvp/pve build, you can pve great with this specc and still do quite good in pvp. None of the speccs he posted is good for pvp well maybe 40/0/21 but th at is just with the beserk buff, but who does bg nowadays anyways :S

what? of course i don't mean FULL OUT FROST, i mean at least with the 41 talent point in frost with the pet, and the survivability of the frost barrier with my 21/0/40 with pom is good in my opinion, yet then again it does depend on play style but you people don't have to be an ass about it, such as crippling said, "None of the speccs he posted is good for pvp", it just depends to the play style. all i am trying to do is contribute when i am able to do so, when i figure out things, and when i am only on the site because i don't play wow as much as i used to. and if you are gonna judge my spec's as shitty, i will judge your grammar i guess...it should say "None of these spec's he posted are good for pvp"

lol, your a stupid shit if you think "omg water elemental then iceblock, lol, skillz", is the best spec. maybe for noobs (such as yourself), but I made and alternative spec, to try out, not for *******s who noob it up by popping all cooldowns in a duel then saying "i beat you noob, my pet did more dmg than me HAHA!!!". So if you think WE is the spec everyone should go, then you should go hang your ass right now with a note that saying "tell that noob [instert name here] that i (my pet) pwned him".

There's a bit more too it then that. For example if you're facing someone who has any trace of skill they will quickly take out your elemental (lol 1.6k health?) and go for you. And saying a frost pvp spec is noob is just plain ignorant. Are you saying 40/21/0 or 40/0/21 are any better? They just rely on 1 well placed cooldown to win. You can't duel without POM/AP or else you just run around trying to kite the noob but any 2k+ arena rating opponents will know wtf to do against pom/ap mages.

But honestly, I did check out your specs and they just won't work. 17/0/44 is the standard frost pvp spec. Or there is the spec with just deep frost/impact/improved fire blast.

What I am getting at as well is that deep frost mages don't need all their CD's to win a duel. Sometimes I don't even need to pop any CD's. Iceblock is more of an "OH SHIT" button then anything and the WE is just ownage.

I can say, after trying both those specs, that having the WE > having pom/ap. Because if i'm going against a pon/ap mage I can absorb his ONE main attack that he relies on then pop out and rape him with my elemental.

So WE > POM.

While on the topic of frost. 40/0/21 CAN do good dps, but only if there is a deep frost mage in the same group/raid that they can leech the +10% frost crit (arctic winds) off of. If they have that it becomes such an awesome spec.

40/0/21 is the raid spec that they have now, i have been in many different raiding guilds and they had told me to be in this spec due to the insane damage, but i do find it effective in pvp, i guess it just depends on play style.

i used to be 20/0/41, it was to easy to kill someone and not even having to summon pet, but i didn't see enough burst damage, and that wasn't good, cause when my pet was on cool down in BG's, i used to be always beat by rogues (pvp trinket, cloak of shadows, blind, vanish, cool down spammers), so i speced 40/0/21, i loved the survivability of ice block and cold snap, while i have the burst dmg of arcane power.
