PQInterface Issues

Sorry if this is in the incorrect threat, but it's the closest thread I saw for the issue I'm having.

When I log into the game (Live Server), and load PQR while PQInterface is loaded (Out of Date, unfortunately), my fps drops significantly. Outside of that, I can't get my Rotation Configuration window to show up when I check it in the intrerface -> Addon menu. Anyone else having this issue? I uninstalled and re-installed three times, deleted my cache and wtf folders with any other settings for all addons. I don't know what else to do =/
