wow lag macro?

ok recently i have been seeing alot of macros or some sort of macro used in pvp in the last few days most games in BGs i do i see eather a rogue or some warrior useing it being they are playing fine then when they charge or stealth and re attack me they lag to hell and i get the error "not in range" i have researched this and found nothing on it, although once they kill the person they are on it stops, i am not sure if this is a macro or something any ideas , this is an Exploit

some laggin macro can prevent ban.
