what exactly does a "lagg" macro do and why would one want to use one? not too sure

a lag macro freezes the users screen, but to others it looks like you are going forward for a little big, so it could make it look like you fall off a cliff and make them follow but really you are still on top of it.

You can just use autohotkey and make a script that spams any interface button, like "c". I used this as a perfect lag macro before.
