[Request] RW-Like pop up

Got myself in a lot of trouble in-game lately, because I write before I use my brain :b
So I would like an addon that, when I'm about to write something in-game (Pressing Enter), makes a raid-warning like message pop up, saying: "Think before you talk".
That's basicly it. Don't think it would be too hard.

You should get something for you web browser as well,
A few people i know of don't like the way you talk, and respond to others and them as well.
But it might be me?

I dont know about how to addon this but i suggest binding enter key function (open chat) to something way out of your normal reach such as numpad *.
Make a macro that whispers yourself Think Before you talk!, drag the macro to a bar you dont use and bind enter to that button
the macro
/w yourname Think before you talk!
or
/w yourname Shut it!
