Fix for Nameplates 4.0.1

Hadn't found a thread about this from browsing or the search function but right now there is a circulating fix for enemy nameplates if you are struggling to see them (I know I am)

Simply create a macro with these commands inside

/console bloattest 1
/console spreadnameplates 0
/console bloatnameplates 1
/console bloatthreat 1

and click it each time you log in. Hopefully they'll fix this UI bug so we won't have to do this.
