I dont get how to download this into WoW. i did everything and what not, but it doesnt show up on my addon list. Can someone guide me through?

You have to unzip the file then put the "RapeDotty" folder into your \Interface\AddOns folder inside the World of Warcraft folder.

If it still doesn't show up, click "load out of date add-ons" and that should solve your problem. Lemme know.

Yes it will. All servers will be getting mass invites until it's reported then it will be blocked or we all will be banned.

Please add a filter to this addon. Because I dont want to invite some people to my guild and it keeps inviting them.
