Focus Macro

Has anyone got a macro were you can mouse over a target and it focuses them?

You'd need a separate program to do this, as macros require user interaction. I'd recommend the Logitech G-Series Key Profiler, you can bind a key macro to a g key and have it toggle as needed. Mouse action Left click then your focus hotkey with 0.25 delays should work. Every time you released the right mouse button it would target and focus whoever your pointer was on.

Edit: That works my reply is based on the thought you didn't want to have focus keybind in reach.
