[Request/Help] AddOn my alt's guild uses?

My alts guild uses a really neat addon for their leveling guild and am looking for the same. It updates the message of the day. I.e "Welcome to guild name here! Civilians: # of people in guild Civilians Beheaded: # of people kicked" and then they have a automatic VTK guild member system that I am also interested in. If x amount of people VTK they get promoted to "Beheaded" rank and then removed after 15 minutes. It also sets it so that if you say "this is my alt" or whisper "alt" to the GM it automatically sets it to the alt rank. It's also always updated on the current iLvl of each player. Thanks for your help!
