what EXACTLY do you want it to do. If you can tell me what to write, I'll write it for you :P

rotation: HoR/Sor(both share same CD so use hem together whwnever they're up).
Bursting build SoV stacks if you get reckoning wings HoJ and something usually dies.
If you dont best way is wait till all your spells are out of CD then: HoJ HoR SoR AS judgement! AS silence has a 1sec delay and like this will follow up almost exaclty when HoJ fades.


Something that more or less takes that in effect.
