It's a bit of an odd question, you could do with some more specifics. Do you want a Combat build or a Sub build?

Rotation's don't really exist in PVP.

For going PvP Sub Swords, I'd go something around this:
Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

This spec is gonna be based around insane amounts of hemo spamming + KS stuns + eviscerate dmg.

Shadowstep is always fun and actually if you know how to play ShS it's really good in BG's (hard as hell to play in arena).

Shadow Dance is probably the hardest thing to get used to in pvp (need to figure out how to spend your points while your spamming things normally only for stealth). ShD is normally best for dagger Sub so you can spam ambush, but you can Garrote and cheapshot spam with eviscerates or ruptures to use ur CP's.

The Spec itself could use a bit of tweaking probably and the glyph choice is just person.

    PvP Combat Swords:

Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

Something around that. Basically, since you don't have the survivability of any spec with Sub up to Prep, you're going to need slight mitigation, and as much damage buffs as possible.

You will use your killing spree as soon as you can when you open up, and then hopefully you can get 2 people with your AR + BF.

KS is a harder spec to play in pvp since you generally aren't as well suited for it and you kinda need a healer for arena to play this spec. You can go dual DPS but if you blow vanish and trinket, your done for.

If you wanna do bg's i would change the combat spec like this:
Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

youre doing sinister -> evis, so better push evis dmg. sap wont help you that much as it helps in arena matches

    -

the dmg out from sublety is _very_ small, i really wouldnt recomment that

i wouldn't do combat Killing Spree sword specc for pvp because if they live through it your pretty boned i think muti is the most consistent specc for pvp imo

If you want a fun specc to play around with in BG's I'd go for WOTLK's version of HARP, Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft.
There are some talents you could play around with, and choose after your own play style.

I dont see why you would go for shadow dance in a hemo build. Its most usefull for ambush spammage.

Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft is a better battleground spec in my opinion.
