Their description is the following:

"Anyone with this mod within range will hear the audio emotes that you play and will be forced to do things like dance!

EDIT: Everyone send him an e-mail saying somthing like "update the gag! it's awesome!!" He will then get more updates, and put them on. Redirect all your friends to this UI post, or just tell them to get it and send in an e-mail!
