Is it possible withdraw exact amount of smthn with macro? For example I have 6 stacks of Whiptaill and 8 stacks of Twilight Jasmine in inventory and I want 10 and 10.

To withdraw items from guild I'm using this simple addon:

gBanker : Bags, Bank, Inventory : WoWInterface AddOns

You can withdraw all from current open guild tab, type some name for instance "Obsidium Ore" etc, simple and working
