[Request] Simple image addon

Hi all, If any experienced addon makers can do this i'll be very grateful. All i want doing is an addon making that when /gsbar is typed an image is displayed, a custom png that would be in the addon folder. All that needs doing is shown when pressed and hidden when pressed again, it needs to be movable too.

PNGs cannot be shown in the wow interface.

It would have to be a .tga or .blp file.

However, this is doable.
