Death Knight Spec Help...

I need help with my DK. I am a Frost DPS Death Knight, I normally pull 2.5k DPS on single targets and I really want to raise it so I can be competitive in my raids. Here's my current spec.

An easy way to increase low raid-dps is to look over your gems and enchants. Mabye you're misenchanting?
