    Blueprints to new UI Addon

    Ok well i was looking very hard to find sumthing like this and all i could find was X-perl Rates and dont like that so much so here is my "IDEA"

    Ok when You see this ur prolly like wtf is this and everything i moved and added thats where i want it and because i couldnt find anything like this i would like sumthing like this plz and ty and just make everything movable and resizable this will help so much
