Simply create a new macaroon macro and copy and paste.

/castsequence reset=combat/target Haunt, Curse of Agony, Corruption, Unstable Affliction, Siphon Life, Immolate, Shadow Bolt, Shadow Bolt, Haunt, Unstable Affliction, Siphon Life, Shadow Bolt, Shadow Bolt, Curse of Agony, Immolate, Haunt, Unstable Affliction, Shadow Bolt, Shadow Bolt, Immolate, Shadow Bolt

May need a bit of tweaking near the end where it cycles.. but as far as i can tell from tinkering, the rotation is very near greatness. Of course, actual DPS output depends on your gear.

Pre-WotLK destro locks should love this macro, as it once again turns the warlock into a one-button class. Hell, bind it to ctrl+MWup and ctrl+MWdown, and just roll your mouse's scroll wheel back and forth while holding control.

For added awesomeness, bind Life Tap to shift+ctrl+MWup and shift+ctrl+MWdown, and hold down shift in addition to control to replenish your mana when it gets low.

Affliction-only, of course.

if you figure out the key set for a warlock for when you bash your head in the keyboard that would be awsome.

Well.. this is pretty much it. This and the CoA/Corruption/SL macro are all i need, as a PvE affliction lock.
