Umm, the best? I'm currently in top 1k on the tournament server and the GLOBAL spec for PvP for rogues is 41/5/25.
Enough into Assass to get mut. Five into combat for dual wield, and far enough in sub to get prep.

Are you retarded? You can't say it is the 'global' spec. The europeans play 17/0/54 and do it exceedingly well.

HfB works in PvP if you're playing against DK/Pal with a healer. You can usually(usually) put out enough damage to outlast their paladin's mana but it's kinda dumb to spec to counter one comp....even if it is the most used(also has trouble working in 3v3). Mut is generally considered the most used spec but SDance CAN be used. Wouldn't recommend combat for anything high rated but I've heard from some it works.
