its absolutely the best ,but mutilate can work up from lvl 70 aswell

well, slice and dice isn't needed imo. It's so fast to kill regular mobs anyway and getting pug for dungeon most likely just slows a rogue down. (PUG)
Endurance, why? it's only good for more sprints before mount.
lightning reflexes equal 10% haste, which isn't the best stat atm but still aggressive.
and leveling with swords isn't must. you can play it cool with daggers, get more crit and glyph for sinister and backstab.

if you go for assassinate-build, you can land double backstabs after cheap shot and next eviscrate finishes the mob. it is pretty boring in the long run and you miss blade flurry.
