Need help setting up Grid

I have tried and failed many times in setting up my Grid, especially to show Frost Blast at KT

I tried going into Status -> Auras -> And made a Debuff: Frost Blast (enabled it and set up it's prio to high) but the color I chose never comes up (tried 3 different)

Also I see many people has a very clean and cool looking Grid whilst mine is bu*t ugly...

Also before the firewall of "L2S" hits me, I have tried but if by some reason you are way better at searching than me, atleast have mercy and show your awesome results
