How to make a UI?

Hey, I was just wondering if any1 could tell me how to make a UI, like Nui. I got the wow ui designer, but I dont really understand that much about it xD would be really nice if someone could sare there secrets or something or maybee got some tuts on wow ui designer.

You need to learn LUA and XML. The articles at WoWWiki will get you started.

EDIT: There's a post a few posts down from this one entitled "New to making mods" that has a bunch of information about it.
