Does anyone know the best mage leveling spec?

Vurtne's spec imo. Has everything you need, mana efficient, aoe abilities, and frostbolt spam.

I'd say you should be frost indeed from 9-75, and after 75 go this: Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

And the reason for no frostbolt improvements is because I use the frostfire bolt. You get the benefit of alle fire and frost talents with that spell, and you still have the survivability you need for leveling.

Frost is said to be the best leveling spec, you get what you like, there's no messing up.. Fumer I would not spec that, mainly because I can find the 18 points in the Fire tree more useful somewhere else, like 10 of it in arcane for Arcane Concentration

And Fumler Frostbolt is more mana effieciet than Frostfire Bolt. If you used Frostfire Bolt for leveling from 75+ then you had more down time.

At 80 my PVE spec is Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

PVP - Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft For this I put 3 points into Frost Channeling mainly because I'm 8k mana behind what the 80 blue pvp set is going to be giving me.

Definitely frost IMO until Lich. Then Ive seen a lot of people go fire.

i;m lvling a mage right now and i;m a fire spec...it's better on lower lvls

and on 40-50 i;m gonna switch to frost.
