I leveled a couple, easiest for me was a BM hunter. Pretty much zero down time and you almost never need a group even for a lot of the group quests.

I've leveled every class to 80 except a mage. By far the easiest was a DK, and by far the worst was a Priest.

My DK was even easier than my full T6 hunter to level. On the DK I could literally start at 25% HP, grab about 10 mobs on my mount and AOE them down in seconds and end up at full health. I'm not sure how that can work now with the Death Strike nerf but I still imagine it's ridiculously easy.

Priest was horrible just because it was so boring and took forever to kill things and their lack of AOE just makes it take a long time to level.

Just for anyone else that is trying to decide which class... I think you have to give them more of a chance than 8-13 lvls, give them at least 20-30 levels where you can actually fill up a whole action bar or two with your abilities. At lvl 10 you're only going to have a few spells, unless you love 19 twinks give the class more of a chance!

I love hunters, you can always try out different pets if you're getting bored, and the different talent trees. Druids are definitely the most versatile and have lots of options and they're ready for anything that comes at them.

Also if you got a bf or gf it's pretty fun to level with a tank and healer you can always get a group instance together in a jiffy if all you need is 3 dps and you rarely ever wipe while you're doing quests!

    Deathknight.

Honestly, you start at level 55, and it takes 4-5 days /played time to get to 80 (if you're lazy like me). Try doing that with a drood.

Other then DK's, Ret Pally's are pretty good as well.

Fastest Class to Lvl = Hunter, by far the fastest class to level but it does get repetitive and boring.
Alternate Choice: Warlock, same playing style but much more fun as you have more range of spells and ways of killing mobs.

Slowest Class to Level: Priest, they just don't have a powerful AOE/immobilizing spells that over the time of 1-80, will slow you down. Squishy
Alternate Choice: Warrior, the warrior also lacks that powerful AOE spell, but the warrior does make up for it in amour and can round up mobs and kill them with the odd cleave thrown in there and not die unlike the priest.

Funnest Class to Level: Druid, you'll love playing a druid because they can do it all in game, tank, heal, dps. There are so many ways you can go about killing mobs that make it so much fun.

This is from my experience as im sure others have had diffrent experiences.
