Elemtental Mage -- Gone?

I like messing with the new talents and I was going to make a elemental mage tree.. but I have some problems..

tbh elemental mages are dead now, frost is just to good for arenas atm, im 2/2/57 on my mage atm and its working well, i hate not haveing imp CS but then again atleast on my battlegroup 60% of teams we fight is Druid - somthing so no imp CS isnt a big deal.

Damage is nothing compared to the "pure specs" so yeah forget about it.
