Both of the specs given to you are absolutely wrong.

17/44/0, Proper Fury Spec - Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

For the extra raid utility you can drop points from Unbridled Wrath and go into Imp Demo Shout, but I'm guessing you're not a raider.

19/52/0 - Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

That's an example of a PVE Fury spec. No doubt there will be different ones but 20/51 or anything along those lines will be the norm, aside from for PVP, where something like 12/59/0 may be more used, who knows at this point.
