Looking for whisper alert mod

I've been trying for a few days to find a mod that will play a sound alert when a whisper is received. There are two threads on here linking to mods like this, but they haven't been updated in years. Does anybody know of anything that would fit this bill?

If it could play the sound alert while WoW sound is turned off, that would be even better!
