do you mean how do you open the options panel for a particular addon? if so then you do it by using a /slash command, tell me the addon you are trying to open and il try help. or otherwise if you download fubar, when you run fubar you get the option to select multiple addons options within that.

Go to ESC > Interface and find Addons then configure them and stuff
But many addons have a /command to bring up the options panel or an icon on the minimap

Why don't you want to public it?
