/console horizonfarclip 6226
/console groundeffectdensity 256
/console groundeffectdist 140
/console smallcull 0
/console skycloudlod 3
/console characterambient 0

I wonder what happens if you put
/console horizonfarclip 21120 (10 times as much)
/console farclip 7777 (11 times as much)

UPDATE : My FPS decreased to 11FPS
Normally : 301 FPS

with macro (1280x800 max settings + macro):
not a big change but better
and framerate killer

I have been using that macro for a quiet time now. Works pretty good besides the fact that will make your fps drop like hell
