You know any beter specc. Frost bot crits for 5-7k whit its so not that bad

hmmm ICE is probably the best spec for gliding since it keeps the mobs away and has soome nice defensive effects. But I always think that Fire would be a lot fast since you have higher DPS an such....

Is ICE truly "the way to got"? (when you bot)

Frost is probably more mana efficient, though, meaning less downtime. I don't think it's a matter of one tree being better than the other though, not so much as it is about how well you set up glider. Really, it depends entirely on how well you've customized your glider to use whatever talents you choose.

Mine was full fire before it got banned in the ban wave. Seemed to work out quite well.
