I don't like the action bar, to be honest I think your UI looks a bit boring, but thats just my opinion.

so, it's EBB, Skinner and Quartz. Oh, and "Some thing" is Quartz' bugged up swing timer. Doesn't work with the new patch for some reason. EEpanels? Some minimap addon?
Comeon, even X-perl+Bongos is better than this. But I guess it's a step away from the original UI, which is a step in the right direction. Keep on trying.

ive used a ui somewhat close to this, its not bad. just gets confusing
