Unbanning an Account

Hey I was wondering if i had any chance of unbanning an account i had a few months ago,
it got hacked and i couldnt be bothered asking a GM to get my stuff back so i gave it to one of my friends instead but he got it permabanned for being abusive in trade or something like that i dont remember exactly what he said.

I have most of the details for the account and could probably get the CD key as well so do you think i could say that the hacker got it banned and get it recalled back?

I've done this, on purpose though. Sold all my shit, traded it to a new account, then spammed for gold selling, permabanned since it was my third strike. Called the next day, told them I got hacked, got all my shit back and unbanned. Traded everything back, free gold. But I had to fax them my license.
