Need help getting a B-net PW change!

Ok I'm trying to get a hold of this single WoW account, the only thing that I need done is getting the PW/email changed on it. I know the email of the b-net account, also know the full name. I don't know the SQA, need some help and information about phishing:wave:, if your willing to help meout i might be able to help you out im some way
