I think the WoW account's default name should be changed to the Battle.Net account owner's name... I don't know though. I don't XFER toons.
Okay, recently acquired 2 accounts with some real good toons.
I merged both to a battle.net account and they are decently secure atm.
Now, i was going to merge my main account aswell.
I was recently told that a friend of a friend of a friend xfered a toon between WoW accounts merged to the same battle.net account that both had different last names.
Has anyone tried this? Has it worked?
I read that last names must be the same (officially), but a few people have said they have been able to do it. I don't want to risk merging my main account at the moment though.
Sorry if in wrong area, but its scam related as they were not intentionally given out.
Thanks in advance.

If you really want the toon invest in a new account. Merge the new account (which has the same last name as your main) to the battle.net with the scammed account. Xfer the toons to the new account and get the account which now has the toons off of the battle.net. make another battle.net and merge your main account with the scammed toons account and then do another Xfer. It takes some money but it's worth it. Also get the origional scammed accounts banned.
I think that jess is right. what i posted is just how i would transfer the toons.
Yea, this works, because the account's last name changes to the battle.net account's last name
