Alright, i watched this guy post some keyloggers over at some forums, and the owner claimed he contacted the guys ISP and had banned his IP. However, the keylogger "claims" he hasnt been IP banned and can still view the website, is fourteen years old, and can get away with it by unplugging his modem for a bit.

Is this stuff really true? He spent quite a bit of time trying to keylog us and it would sort of piss me off if he got off that easy. Or is this kid about to get in some trouble?

Yes you can get away by changing your ip via unplugging your modem afaik.

just let your modem unplug for 12 hours it will be chnaged but that kid fails should of been on a vpn or proxie but kid's these days lol

I have no idea what a vpn is, but he had to have been actively running it right
